PRODUCT MATERIALS & CARE

DIANA LAW PRINTED ACCESSORIES provides a universe of hand-finished and modern accessories made from high-technology printing methods and materials, including solid sterling silver and brass, set with Swarovski rhinestones pavé.

As part of our commitment to advancing responsible business practices we want to make sure that you as our customers and consumers get as much information as possible about our products and the way we source and produce them.

Gold Plated Brass & Polished Brass

Gold Plated Brass is a durable material, but can still scratch or wear through. Prolonged surface wear can rub off the finish. To prevent damage, we recommend storing your item in a soft cloth pouch away from other products, and avoiding exposure to household chemicals and cleaning products.

Raw Brass

has a rustic matte look, with rough surfaces and some tarnishing (color spots). It is great for antique-looking objects.

Like all brass, our Polished and Raw offerings will tarnish over time and may need to be polished.

Brass models are fabricated using a complex five-step process. First, the model is printed in wax using a specialized high-resolution 3D Printer. It is then put in a container where liquid plaster is poured in around it. Once the plaster sets, the wax is melted out in a furnace, and the remaining plaster becomes the mold.
Molten brass is poured into this mold and set to harden. The plaster is broken away, revealing your new product. Raw Brass is briefly tumbled. Polished and Gold Plated Brass are carefully cleaned and hand polished. Gold Plated Brass goes through a final electroplating process for an outside coat of 22k gold. Please be aware that polishing and plating can wear down or fill in very fine details and edges.

DIANA LAW PRINTED ACCESSORIES’ Brass consists of 15% zinc, 5% tin, and 80% copper.

Sterling Silver

Premium Silver is highly hand polished to a "wet" sheen and looks very shiny.

Polished silver is lightly hand polished to achieve a smooth finish but still can have some surface texture.

Raw silver is mechanically polished so may show print lines and have a rougher surface texture.

3D Printed Sterling Silver products are made using a three-step process. The products are created with a lost-wax casting process using a highresolution 3D wax printer. The 3D printed wax model is put in a container and liquid plaster is poured around it to create a mold. After the plaster sets, the wax is melted out and molten silver is poured into the plaster mold. The plaster is then pulled away to reveal the silver and the finished product is polished for a smooth surface.

DIANA LAW PRINTED ACCESSORIES’ Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.

Stainless Steel

dishwasher safe
watertight
not recyclable
not foodsafe

It is heat resistant to 831ºC / 1528ºF degrees. Higher temperatures may significantly change material properties.

Some people may have nickel allergy, nickel coating is not used in our collection pieces.

To build steel models, special 3D printers deposit small drops of glue onto layers of stainless steel powder, one layer at a time, until the print is complete. We carefully remove these models from the printer. At this stage of the process, the objects are very fragile, similar to wet sand. The models then go through an infusion process that replaces the glue with bronze, creating a full metal product. Models are then processed to achieve your desired finish, sprayed with a sealant, and shipped to you.

DIANA LAW PRINTED ACCESSORIES’ Stainless Steel Specifications:

Alloy Family: 420 SS+ Bronze (40% bronze)
UTS: 99 KSI (682 MPa)
Yield: 66 KSI (455 MPa)
Modulus: 21.4 MPSI (147 Gpa)
Elongation: 2.30%
Hardness: 20-25 HRc

Strong & Flexible Plastic

This material is incredibly versatile, and can be used for a wide variety of pieces.

dishwasher safe
not watertight
not recyclable
not foodsafe

Strong & Flexible plastics are heatproof to 80℃ / 176℉ degrees. Higher temperatures may significantly change material properties.

To print in this material, we start with a bed of Nylon powder and sinter the powder with a laser layer by layer, solidifying the powder as we go. Because of this layer by layer process, some products may see a staircase effect.

Swarovski Crystal Rhinestones

Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. DIANA LAW PRINTED ACCESSORIES will not be held liable for any damages incurred after the receipt of products. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage.

All Swarovski fashion jewelry is traditionally crafted and therefore very delicate. The metal is plated and each crystal is individually set. As a result, special care is required. Please follow the advice below.

  • Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
  • Polish your jewelry frequently with a soft cloth to maintain its original, lustrous finish.
  • Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g., perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.
  • Put on jewelry last when dressing and take off first when undressing.
  • Avoid contact with water.
  • Avoid hard contact (i.e., knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return the Product for a full refund?

We offer full refund only to Products you have received that do not correspond to the ones you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged in transportation. Please contact without delay DLG Customer Service via email.

Can I cancel my order before I receive the product?

It is possible to cancel your order before the order confirmation email. Due to the complexity of production and time required, each order is placed by-order and individually produced. Full amount will be debited upon receipt of order confirmation email.

How do I exchange my DIANA LAW PRINTED ACCESSORIES piece?
